Yes. TRAI rules require every business that sends SMS to register its entity, sender IDs (headers) and message templates on a DLT platform. VASbay checks your DLT entity ID and content ID with every message. See our DLT registration guide.
Transactional SMS carry information a customer expects – OTPs, alerts, order and account updates – and are delivered to DND numbers at any time. Promotional SMS carry offers and marketing; they are delivered only to non-DND numbers and only within the TRAI time window (9 AM–9 PM).
Yes. Choose the Unicode SMS type to send in any Indian language. A Unicode SMS holds 70 characters (67 per part when longer), compared with 160 for an English SMS.
Yes. Pick a date and time when you compose the message. Scheduled messages can be cancelled until they are sent, and credits are only used when they go out.
Every campaign has a live delivery report showing delivered, awaiting report, DND / rejected and failed numbers. You can open the numbers of each status and export the report to CSV.
